People related Sustainability Targets and Results at Tokmanni Group in 2024
- Build common HR KPI´s between the Group companies.
- Harmonise the occupational health services between Tokmanni, Click Shoes and Shoe House to offer all Tokmanni segment employees’ same level of occupational services.
- Harmonise the statutory Work Community Development Plans between Group companies. | Harmonisation has been done at Tokmanni-segment, but not extended to the entire Group-level by the end of 2024.
- Define the best practices in occupational health and safety (OHS) management and operations and implement them at Tokmanni Group. | Practices have been defined, but not all had been implemented by the end of 2024.
- Harmonise and improve the on-boarding process and leadership trainings of Group companies. | Only on-boarding process had been harmonised by the end of 2024.

- Group guided remuneration programme implemented. Target has been reached when 100% of employees are included in the remuneration programme.
- Sick leave and occupational accident targets
– Segment based targets for sick leave % (Tokmanni-segment 5,5% / Dollarstore-segment 5,9%)
– Occupational accident frequance rate (Tokmanni-segment 9 / Dollarstore-segment 15) - DEI target measured by annual employee survey from the following questions: ”In our company everyone is treated equally and involved in the work community” and ” I feel that I can be myself while working in our company”.
– The average value of these questions is no less than 3,45 (scale 1-4) in 2025.
