We require that the products we offer are manufactured under ethically acceptable production conditions. We strive to purchase our products only from sustainable suppliers. For example, in 2025, we conducted or commissioned a total of 248 (2024: 121) own factory inspections or third-party audits.

Sourcing

We are committed to sourcing our products responsibly and respecting human rights. We focus our responsibility monitoring especially on high-risk countries, because, according to the World Bank classification, these countries have the highest risk of labor and human rights violations.

Sustainability Policies and Certified Products

We have defined cotton, wood, palm oil, fish and coffee as raw materials whose origin requires special attention, because the environmental and human rights risks in their production are significant.

Quality assurance

We aim to ensure that all products we sell are safe to use and of high quality. We are responsible for ensuring the safety and legal compliance of the products we sell.
