The Company’s registered share capital is EUR 80,000 and the Company has 58,868,752 shares issued and outstanding. The Company has one class of shares, and each share carries one vote at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders. The shares do not have a nominal value. The shares have been entered in the Euroclear book-entry securities system.
