More than 6,000 employees in Finland, Sweden and Denmark make customers’ everyday life and special occasions easier by offering a versatile and up-to-date assortment of nordic and international brand-name products and other high-quality products at prices that are always affordable.

With more than 390 Tokmanni, Dollarstore, Big Dollar, Click Shoes and Shoe House stores and online stores, the Group is always close to its customers. In addition, the Tokmanni Group has had exclusive rights to sell SPAR products and operate the SPAR brand in Finland since 2025.

In 2024, the Group’s revenue was EUR 1,675 million and comparable EBIT amounted to EUR 100 million. The Tokmanni Group Corporation’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.

Tokmanni Group continues its credible climate work – New, science-based climate targets were confirmed to apply to all of the Group’s current operations in the Nordics

Tokmanni Group is taking its science-based climate work, which has achieved truly impressive results in Finland, to next level and extending it to all countries where it has stores. The Group’s near-term climate targets, approved in November 2025 and extending to 2030, are based on the latest climate science and are aligned with the Paris Climate Agreement.

Proposal of the Shareholders’ Nomination Board for the composition and remuneration of Tokmanni Group’s Board of Directors

The Shareholders’ Nomination Board of Tokmanni Group Corporation proposes to the Annual General Meeting that the number of the members of the Board of Directors is seven (previously six).

The Nomination Board proposes that the current members of the Board of Directors Mikko Bergman, Erja Hyrsky, Erkki Järvinen, Seppo Saastamoinen and Eja Tuominen will be re-elected. The Nomination Board also proposes that Katarina Gabrielson and Jari Latvanen will be elected as new members to the Board of Directors. Current member of the Board of Directors Ulla Serlenius has notified that she is no longer available to be elected as a member of the Board.

Tokmanni Group’s CEO transition

Sampo Päällysaho has been appointed CEO of Tokmanni Group and successor to Mika Rautiainen. Päällysaho will start in his new role on 6 July 2026 at the latest. Rautiainen, who has served as the Tokmanni Group’s CEO since 2018, continues to serve as the CEO until the new CEO assumes the role, however no later than 5 July 2026.

Sustainability Statement 2024

Tokmanni Group’s Report by the Board of Directors contains a Sustainability Statement in compliance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and Article 8 of the EU Taxonomy Regulation.

Once again one of the world’s best companies in sustainable growth

In late 2025, Tokmanni was once again determined as one of the world’s 500 best companies in sustainable growth. In this ranking, Tokmanni was the only Finnish company in the retail sector and one of only four Finnish companies – and of these companies, in 2nd place!

The international Time magazine’s and Statista’s World’s Best Companies in Sustainable Growth 2026 list emphasizes growth, environmental responsibility, and public reporting and monitoring.
