Tokmanni Group is one of the leading variety discount retailers in the Nordics. We serve our customers with a network of Tokmanni stores, Click Shoes and Shoe House stores, and online stores tokmanni.fi and clickshoes.fi. In addition, since August 2023, Dollarstore, one of the leading Swedish discount retail chains, has been part of Tokmanni Group.

Tokmanni Oy entered into an agreement with SPAR International on 14 January 2025. The license to operate the SPAR brand exclusively in Finland was granted to Tokmanni which will benefit from the scale and knowhow of SPAR International, particularly in the area of grocery retailing. The fist EUROSPAR supermarket operated by Tokmanni opened its doors in June 2025.

Low prices

Low prices are composed of several factors. Direct imports of its private labels, long-term supplier relations, sourcing in batches and efficient processes all contribute to keeping our prices low. Tokmanni Group’s operating model is cost-efficient, and the company focuses on efficiency throughout the value chain from factory to customer.

Attractive and wide product assortment

Tokmanni Group’s store’s assortment consists of private label and exclusive brand products as well as non-branded products and leading international brands. The stores has a wide range of products with an excellent price-quality ratio, for example in the following product categories:

Service-oriented and motivated personnel

It is particularly important to ensure that the employees possess the proper expertise and that they are committed to achieving the common targets. The different personnel groups have varying needs regarding skills, and the company is very active in providing its employees with training. Tokmanni’s competitive advantage over other online stores is its nationwide chain of stores that enables customers to pick up and return products quickly and conveniently. The Tokmanni online store and stores represent a customer-oriented and modern variety discount retail concept that offers customers a pleasant customer experience and responds to their changing needs in the fastest and most agile way possible. Tokmanni develops its online store and store concept based on a model of continuous improvement.

Cost-efficient and agile sourcing model

Tokmanni Group sources products from several different suppliers. The Group focuses on increasing its sourcing directly from suppliers and countries with low manufacturing costs. This is done, for example, in cooperation with Norwegian company Europris through a joint venture located in Shanghai. By omitting intermediaries and by sourcing products directly from suppliers, Tokmanni is able to offer products at a very low price. This also gives Tokmanni more control of the supply chain and its responsibility. 

Dividend

Tokmanni Group’s aim is to distribute around 70 per cent of net income for each financial year in dividends, depending on the capital structure, financial position, general economic and business conditions and future prospects.

Products with the best price-to-quality ratio

The quality and safety of products are monitored in the country of origin, and at the logistics centre and stores. Products undergo technical product inspections, consignment inspections and risk-based self-supervision inspections. The aim is to prevent all deviations in product safety and quality-of-use in advance. This is ensured through inspections of product quality and documentation which check that the products fulfil legal requirements and are appropriate for the market.

Responsible operations

Sustainability means business integrity, fair treatment, responsible sourcing of products and efficient use of resources. Responsible sourcing means, above all, ensuring that the fundamental rights of employees are implemented throughout the supply chain. We focus on our private label products, direct imports, building long-term supplier relationships and close cooperation with various parties. This makes it possible to have an impact on the production conditions of sourced products and to keep prices low.
